Shipping policy
Free international shipping is available to selected countries only. For all other destinations, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Due to increment of fuel charge, cost of delivery services by postal service/agent may change from time to time. We reserve the right in any circumstances to send customer’s order item by other methods of delivery services (usually by airmail unless such service is not available at customers’ country) or not to send customer’s item. This is applicable to : customers whom may have paid for a specific mail service for their order and we found that the paid amount were insufficient for such delivery to reach their country zoning / delivery cannot be made to customer’s country due to the governing legislation / the order is reported as fraud / the delivery was unclaimed and returned to us / the item was misplaced by customer’s local post agent / item was confiscated by customer’s local custom.
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance or delivery as the result of events of force majeure, including all revisions of statutory law, acts of governmental authority. This shall also apply if such events occur during a delivery delay at a supplier (example third party delivery services).
If the customer fails to accept delivery or negligently breaches other obligations to cooperate with us, we shall be entitled to compensation for any loss that we may suffer as a consequence, including any additional expenses or costs that we may incur as a result of the delay.
Important Update: U.S. Shipping Policy Update (Effective July 24, 2026)
Due to new trade regulations implemented by the United States Government under Section 301, the previous flat 10% import levy has been replaced with a mandatory 12.5% global import surcharge on commercial goods entering the United States.
To comply with these requirements and ensure your packages pass through U.S. Customs without being delayed, held, or returned, our international carrier (SingPost) automatically collects this fee upfront.
This 12.5% surcharge will be automatically added to your total as “Taxes” next to Shipping at checkout.
